REFUND POLICY — AWO GALLERY
US & All Other Customers All sales are final. In the event of a defective or damaged item, we will issue a store credit to your AWO GALLERY account equal to the purchase price. To request a store credit, contact xanu0nex@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Store credits do not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.
Digital Downloads All digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, regardless of location.
Custom & Print-on-Demand Items Items produced to order (prints, canvas, apparel via Printful/Printify) are non-returnable unless arrived damaged or defective.
EU Customers — Statutory Rights If you are located in the European Union, the following applies in addition to the above:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Exceptions include digital downloads once accessed and custom/personalized items produced to your specification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact xanu0nex@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Your statutory EU consumer rights are not affected by any other terms in this policy.
