1. General By purchasing from AWO GALLERY, you agree to these terms. All sales are subject to applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at xanu0nex@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Note: this right does not apply to digital downloads, custom/personalized items, or sealed goods unsealed after delivery.

3. Refunds Eligible returns will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

4. Digital Products Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
